I love yin/yang yoga with Christina! The yang part of the class is a sweat inducing workout that makes the prana flow through your body. And the yin part gives me the tranquility of mind and body that I need to get through a busy week. 

I love that there are only 8 people in the class, it makes the experience intimate and personal. The class is small enough that Christina can take the time to support each yogi to progress their individual yoga journey.   

Christina is a wonderful and skilled teacher with a warm and positive attitude that will get you through even the most challenging parts of the class with a smile on your lips.

Christinas yoga is beyond my expectations! I have been doing Yin yoga for a few years, but never in the combination with Yang, but I love it!

Her angelic soft voice is soothing to listen to throughout the classes. She ends the class by helping us all get into the perfect Shavasana position with lovely smelling oil on her hands.

ABOUT ME

My name is Christina Hven-Jensen. I am a certified Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer with extensive training from Yogaplace, Senses and The Training Academy in Copenhagen.

​I have over 10 years of personal practice and experience, and I teach mindful, holistic yoga, which offers numerous benefits for overall well-being and athletic performance.  During my classes we focus on both body and mind. We work on correcting muscular imbalances through strength, mobility and flexibility and combine it with breathing techniques and mindfulness to improve performance and interoception. The benefits to this type of Yoga practice are many; reduced risk of injury, faster recovery, reduced stress levels, deeper body-mind connection and better sleep.

I aim to provide my students with fresh perspectives in their yoga practice and in their lives as a whole.

My teachings are known for being creative, loving and clear. I greet each student with kindness and a strong sense of presence.
